By subscribing to ZenoraIPTV and using our premium IPTV service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Service Description

ZenoraIPTV provides a digital IPTV streaming subscription service delivering 20,000+ live channels, VOD content, and EPG guide via M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials. The service is provided "as-is" and is subject to availability.

3. Account & Subscriptions

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your subscription with unauthorized third parties
• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise
• ZenoraIPTV reserves the right to suspend accounts found violating these terms

4. Payments & Billing

• All IPTV subscription fees are charged in advance and in USD
• We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, USDT (crypto), and bank transfer
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZenoraIPTV only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense your subscription without our written consent
• Use the service in a way that infringes any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass our systems
• Share your credentials with more simultaneous connections than your plan allows

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, ZenoraIPTV does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party provider outages may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions where the service is not functional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with ZenoraIPTV are the property of ZenoraIPTV or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZenoraIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our IPTV service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

ZenoraIPTV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our support team — without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where ZenoraIPTV operates.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of ZenoraIPTV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
